This year’s Storybook Ballet, Pinocchio, tells the familiar story of the wooden doll who dreams of becoming a real live boy. He is prone to mischief, bad behavior and lying which causes his nose to grow. He is guided through these adventures and mishaps by the Blue Fairy, the Cricket and the Truth Fairy. This whimsical ballet comes to life on stage with a commissioned score played by musicians of the Flatiron Chamber Music Festival.
